Who is responsible

What we process

  • Contact form: name, organisation (optional), e-mail address, topic, message and the consent box. They reach us by e-mail, and a short note that your message arrived is sent to the address you entered.
  • Trials and sales: name, organisation and e-mail of the person we send a trial or licence key to, the key's end date, and what an invoice requires.
  • Server logs: Hostinger, which hosts this site, keeps technical logs such as IP address, browser and requested page for security and operation.
  • Visit statistics: with Cloudflare Web Analytics we see, in aggregate, how often each page is viewed, which site visitors came from, browser, device type and country. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not track you across sites.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser for tracking. That is why there is no cookie consent banner. There are no ads or external font services either.

Why

  • To answer your request, prepare a quote, send a trial or licence key and give support (taking steps towards and performing a contract).
  • Invoices and accounting records (legal obligation).
  • Security of the site and preventing abuse (legitimate interest).

Who receives it

  • Hostinger International Ltd.: hosts the site and our business e-mail (info@itsmplugins.com). The form is turned into an e-mail without being stored on the server; replies and keys are sent from that mailbox.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): cookieless visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
  • Paddle.com Market Ltd. (UK): for online purchases Paddle handles payment and invoicing as the seller, under its own privacy policy. To send the licence key, we receive the buyer's name, e-mail, company and order details.

We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

How long

Closed requests for at most 2 years; customer and invoice records for as long as the law requires. Then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing and ask who received it. Write to info@itsmplugins.com or use the contact form; we answer within 30 days. Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you may also complain to the data protection authority.
