Similar tickets and suggested solutions
A "Similar tickets" tab on every ticket: solved look-alikes, how similar they are and the solution used. Use this solution adds it to the ticket in one click. Matching knowledge base articles are listed too.
Recurring errors
Finds groups of similar tickets spread over days or weeks, every night (bursts within minutes stay Surge's job). Tickets per week, common words and the solutions used most.
Known errors and knowledge base
Create a problem (known error) from a recurring error in one click, linked to every ticket. Turn a solution into a knowledge base article.
The licence never locks anything
If the licence ends, the plugin keeps working. Only Pro's own settings pages show a reminder. Analysis runs inside GLPI; your tickets are not sent anywhere.

Frequently asked questions
Does the plugin stop working when the licence ends?
No. Pro never locks a feature. Without a valid licence, only Pro's own settings pages show a reminder. When the subscription ends, new versions and support stop.
Why GPL? Can I take the code?
GLPI plugins are distributed under the GPL because GLPI is. Surge Pro comes to you under GPL-3.0 as well: you get the source code and can read and change it for your organisation. What you pay for is updates, support and installation help.
Do I need Surge?
Yes. Surge Pro adds to Surge: Surge 0.3.0 or later must be installed and enabled. Surge is free.
How does the 30-day trial work?
Ask through the form; we send the plugin package and a 30-day trial key by e-mail. No card needed, and the trial does not turn into a paid subscription on its own.
What does support cover?
Installation and configuration help, fixes for bugs in Surge and Surge Pro, and questions about using them. By e-mail, on working days. GLPI itself, other plugins and custom development are not included; we can quote custom work separately.
Are my tickets sent anywhere?
No. Similarity search and analysis run on your GLPI server. The licence key is verified on your server too, offline; nothing is sent for the licence.
We have more than 25 technicians. What now?
A Pro licence covers up to 25 technicians. For larger teams and several GLPI installations, ask for an Enterprise quote; we price it by team size.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of purchase you get a full refund, no questions asked. We still suggest the free 30-day trial first.
How do I buy?
Pay by card with Buy; our payment provider Paddle issues the invoice and the licence key arrives by e-mail. Organisations that buy by quote and contract can use the quote form.
