1. Scope

These terms apply to this site and to the GLPI plugins published by Pınar Topuz under the ITSMPlugins name (Surge and Surge Pro).

2. Surge

Surge is free and distributed under the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPL-3.0). You may use, change and share it as that licence allows. As the GPL-3.0 says, it comes "as is", without any warranty.

3. Surge Pro and the subscription

  • Surge Pro's source code is also delivered to you under GPL-3.0.
  • A subscription lasts one year and covers: a licence key, updates and new features released in that year, and support by e-mail.
  • One Pro licence is for one GLPI installation and up to 25 technicians (users of GLPI's technician interface). Larger teams and several installations get an Enterprise quote.
  • Customers who buy at the launch price keep it for as long as they renew without a break.
  • If the subscription is not renewed, the plugin keeps working; new versions and support stop.

4. Trial

The 30-day trial is free, needs no card and does not turn into a paid subscription on its own.

5. Purchase and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our online orders: Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles customer service inquiries about payments and returns; Paddle's buyer terms also apply. The licence key is sent by e-mail after payment, usually within one working day. Organisations that buy by quote and contract receive payment details by e-mail.

6. Refunds

If Surge Pro does not suit you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. Write to info@itsmplugins.com or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt. After a refund the licence, that is updates and support, ends. You can try Surge Pro free for 30 days before buying.

7. Support

Support covers installation and configuration help, fixes for bugs in the plugins and questions about using them, by e-mail on working days. GLPI itself, other plugins and custom development are not included.

8. Liability

Back up your GLPI database before installing or upgrading any plugin. To the extent the law allows, our liability for Surge Pro is limited to the subscription fee paid for that year. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Trademarks

GLPI is a registered trademark of Teclib'. This site and the plugins are not affiliated with Teclib'.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
